As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support our sales team. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential customers through our in store lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation efforts and strategies.
- Convey product and services to consumers in-person at our retail locations
- Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador
- Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and provide best solutions
- Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
- Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Generator or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation techniques.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited electrical technician program or relevant apprenticeship
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring diagrams
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

What You Will Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential generator systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions
- Perform on-site generator Installation
- Provide customers with superior customer service by answering questions/addressing concerns, providing appropriate documentation and explanations of service/work performed or parts used
- Start-ups
- Complete and submit work orders
- Keep truck stocked with a sufficient supply of parts and tools
- Operate company vehicle safely and courteously to other drivers
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- W. Danley may conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
What You Will Bring:
- Service Technician, 4 year (Preferred) and/or Engine repair, 4 year (Preferred)
- Must pass Motor Vehicle, Background check and Drug Screen
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
- Physical dexterity
