Electrical Service Apprentice

As an Electrical Service Apprentice, you will embark on a journey to learn the ins and outs of the Electrical Service, Maintenance and repair industry. No prior experience is required, but a strong electrical inclination and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and Assist: Work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers.
- Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve electrical-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Inclination: Strong interest and aptitude in electrical systems and a willingness to learn about electrical & generator technology.

- Sales Enthusiast: Enjoy engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.

- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role and all drivers must be 21 or over.
