Walter Danley is seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support our sales team. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential customers through our in store lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation efforts and strategies.
- Convey product and services to consumers in-person at our retail locations
- Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador
- Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and provide best solutions
- Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
- Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Generator or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation techniques.
