Danley 911, a growing and well‑respected residential Electrical, Generator, HVAC, and Plumbing company, proudly partnered with Anthony’s, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Dispatcher to join our in‑office team in Monroe Township. This role is critical to supporting our technicians and delivering fast, reliable, and professional service to our residential customers.

Position Overview

The Dispatcher is responsible for managing daily technician schedules, coordinating customer appointments, and ensuring efficient service across electrical, generator, HVAC, and plumbing calls. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, generators, or other residential trades preferred
• Experience with ServiceTitan and/or ProBook strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure
• Comfortable working full‑time in an in‑office, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians for residential electrical, generator, HVAC, and plumbing service calls
• Optimize daily schedules and technician routes for efficiency
• Communicate appointment confirmations, delays, and updates to customers
• Maintain accurate job notes and real‑time technician status updates
• Handle incoming calls and provide professional, compassionate customer support
• Coordinate effectively with field teams and internal staff to ensure timely service
