Walter Danley Electrical & Generators is seeking a Install Coordination Supervisor to ensure seamless project execution, maintain efficiency, and support our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage and review all outgoing permits, packets, and applications for accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee the preparation and processing of retail customer paperwork.
• Ensure the team meets job review, application, permit, and install coordination deadlines.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues with install, service, and general managers.
• Hold weekly team update meetings and distribute daily progress reports to the general manager.
• Liaise with townships, inspectors, external subcontractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Review daily progress update reports to catch and resolve errors, delays, and inefficiencies.
• Provide general office support in conjunction with the office manager.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring the correct stakeholders are informed.
• Assist with additional strategic company projects as needed.
