Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support a team of professional plumbers and support staff.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and project management.
• Ensure all plumbing jobs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and optimize workflows for profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential plumbing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Plumbing experience, in field or management
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling and project management software is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in plumbing/project management is preferred.
